I bought this as a Christmas present for my brother and something to keep us away from the TV during the festive holiday. Honestly, it's one of the best things I've bought on Amazon. Hours of fun/stress building it and then even more hours of switching it on and watching it work.I had read some of the comments before I bought it so I knew that it would be hard to build, and it didn't let us down. It was a challenge to build it and was touch and go at times, but it was so great to have something to build together as a family.One small criticism would be the durability of the clips which we broke while building the track, especially the intricate parts like the loops. Luckily there are spares, around 10 or 15 i think, but we used all of them, which is why it was touch and go.

Quelques 16 heures de montage et 2 à 3 heures de réglages..."patience et longueur de temps"(tiens, j'ai déjà entendu ça!!) je me suis vraiment régalé à monter ce circuit à billes..et le résultat est à la hauteur de mes attentes. Si ce genre de défit vous tente, allez-y sans hésiter..

Excellent and early delivery. I read the reviews but will add to them: Very well designed and made. Due to a need to keep the weight of less supported track sections down, all track clips are very close to tolerance when attaching the rails so take extra care, you'll get the knack of it.If you love challenges but don't mind frustration you'll like this, don't read beyond this point and have fun.Golden Rule: Fully read and re-read the instructions at all stages. The diagrams for the support poles are excellent, take care not to dislodge them as they will be less secure in the bases and some keep falling out.It is necessary to allow extra length to the rail cutting in order to make the perfect joints and forming in the 'tweaking' stages. Particularly the spiral loop, tower, seesaws, junctions and swing arm. The helix in the tower has insuffient lip even when in true vertical, I'm adding a clear tube to encase it.The delicate rail clips and extra rail are available on Ebay. The 32000mm track comes with only that length of rail, it's impossible to cut the runs exactly to length as a pair are slightly different in lengths.The rail routing diagrams only show the support poles for that section. Mark the other poles on the diagrams before you start to thread each section and lightly tape pairs of rails to ease routing.Have fun, I'm still 'tweaking' and loving the challenges.
