What's not to like? The product contains everything I want in a toothpaste; namely, peroxide to remove bacteria and whiten, fluoride to support enamel, and baking soda to assist in cleaning. The taste is minty and pleasant; not at all unpleasant as reported elsewhere. The best part is that it does not have a creamy, ice-cream soft consistency, instead it's a firm but soft paste that feels good when you apply it. The amount of foam is the perfect amount without the "mad-dog" effect. Arm and Hammer hit a home run on this one!

The baking soda definitely works good to get rid of any stains from my morning coffee and I feel like my breath stays fresh for a longer time than with the gel brands. The only thing is that the taste takes some getting used to. It is a litle bit salty and gritty because of the baking soda which was weird at first. I also wish the mint flavor was a tiny bit stronger to hide that baking soda taste. But overall my gums look much pinker and healthier and you get a great deal with the 4 pack. I would recomend it if you care more about a deep clean than a sweet taste.
