My fitness coach recommended this exact product to help with gut health. My husband and I have both been taking them consistently for about 2 months now and there is a noticeable difference (decrease) in our digestive issues and regularity. There does not seem to be any taste/smell with the capsules and while they are not small, they are not hard to swallow. Functioning as a pre and probiotic, being all natural, and the fact that we notice a significant difference - the value is definitely there for the money. We will continue to order!
