A very comfortable pillow.
I had to 'boost' it with another pillow under it, but so far, I have found it to be very comfortable and cool. Hopefully my neck will not ache so much now.

This is too soft and doesn’t offer much support.

The pillow is incredibly soft. It doesn’t offer much support and is uncomfortable. I sent it back and purchased another make which is perfect. Personally I would avoid as there are better options out there

Good for neck problems
Had immediate affect from using it so, so far so good though now after some use, I'm not sure how to sleep on it and my neck pain is returning. Will have to persevere.
