I have been on this for almost 2 years. Never took a probiotic before my doctor suggested this one. Will not take another one.

It was going pretty well, regular bowel movements but it takes a little bit before starts looking better, feeling better. I think it helped for most part being I wasn't using probiotics for 11 months or more. Thanks a lot for the nutrients and detox ingredients, good work.
