TUL Quality
I recently ordered a TUL leather notebook with 7/8" discs. I knew I wanted to put more paper into the notebook as I had ordered separately some graph lined paper. I ordered this set of 1.5" discs to replace the smaller ones. That is one of the great plusses of the TUL disc bound notebooks. You can make them up to 3" thick by changing the discs. The discs are made of heavy plastic and can support the heft of a lot of paper. These black discs matched my notebook, but there are many choices of colors and even metal discs. I do prefer the TUL product. Highly recommend.

At first, I wasn’t quite sure how to apply it, but after watching a YouTube tutorial and taking my time, everything came together perfectly. I absolutely love my TUL notebook—it’s such an elegant addition to my workspace. Love!
I use a Happy Planner by MAMBI but wanted extra discs. I do wish they were metal like MAMBI offers but thankfully the planners I use plastic discs with don't get the wear and tear my main planner sees. These are a nice thickness and very sturdy though for plastic. The plastic is a pinch thicker than MAMBI plastic discs - or feels it if nothing else. The pages didn't want to flip as smoothly when I first replaced but was able to use a trick I read about using a dryer sheet. Rubbed the dryer sheet along all the discs and pages flip ten times better now! I love TUL products!

Works wonders for organizing
I use the TUL note-taking system for organizing notes, projects, personal and business planning. This has been the best system for me since it is versatile, easy to upgrade or downgrade depending on what is going on and I only have to carry one notebook instead of the four I used to use.I highly recommend getting the different size discs so you can also change the size of you notebook with your needs.
