I love how quickly the water heats up as well as how fast the temperature adjusts to the settings! Definitely DO NOT sit on it while it’s on setting #10 lol (Hint: read the instructions first 🤦🏼‍♀️)

I would give 5 stars but my remote doesn’t work I can’t even remove the clip to put in a battery and you definitely need a cushion for seating other than that this is amazing

I love my product I opened it app it came so nice and neat with ever you think I used it and oh my God it changed my life I truly recommend this product the only thing is it needs a thicker seat I kinda pinch my skin a little but overall it's a wonderful product I recommended this product already

OK, this is my second review, the 1st stream pot did not work at all, so I returned it. The Seller was most accommodating and kind, they were very concerned for my happiness and gladly sent me another Steam Pot, plus even suggested I not return the non working seat, but that didn't feel good to me because I wanted to show them it did not work and didn't want them to think I was taking advantage of their kindness. The new stream seat came today during my lunch break, I took it out- plugged it in and Boom it works!! and the remote also works, I haven't used it yet of course, but totally plan on using it tonight!! So happy now, thank you seller for all your kind help and correcting the problem. I will definitely buy from you again. thank you.

As far as the construction and function of it. It’s ok, however the power cord is sooooo short and you can’t safely use extension cords with heating elements . So that makes it a little limited as far as where you can use it. Also the seating part could be a little cushier. My treatments are shorter than I would use it because sitting on hard surfaces too long can cause hemorrhoids and it’s pretty uncomfortable after 25-30 minutes or so.
