The media could not be loaded. Honestly this tap was so cheap for the quality it is. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be a good purchase but i took the chance.It was such easy installation it’s sterdy, smooth and the appearance is so modern

Nice finish, ease of use and easily installed
Installed 6 weeks ago:The moving arm is fine and tight, I saw from some reviews that the tap keeps falling but no looseness as yet.We did get a plumber to install and he had to tighten some of the internal parts as there was a drip.We live in a hard water area and water drops show on the black finishing of the piece, so regular cleaning/wiping is necessaryThe multiple functions of the tap are handy, you can turn the tap upwards to drink and swing it around to suit your sink shape so as to avoid splashing.I'm happy with the tap so far

Hopefully a replacement will sent for faulty Mixer-tap that is installed!
I like the idea of this product, but unfortunately the one I received didn't work on the cold water function!Of course you don't discover this until after your expensive plumber has installed it!I have requested a replacement and I will revise my review as, and when, and if, I receive a hassle-free replacement.I still like the product, and hopefully will be postinga glowing report regarding how good this supplier is!?

Very plastic.
Firstly I returned this so never installed it.It is VERY cheap looking and feeling. I didn't expect anything magical for the price but I still expect a minimum standard, and unfortunately this did not meet it!
