Pleasantly surprised with Amazon Basic bag
I’ve just returned from a 10 day vacation using the medium (26”) suitcase. This was my first time using it so I can’t speak to how well it will hold up over time but I was impressed this trip. The interior with the separate compartments/zippered pockets are great. I also used a set of packing cubes which I highly recommend. The hard shell case stood up to the airlines abuse with no cracks or dents. The bright blue color is cute and easily identified. The handle and the wheels worked great making it smooth to maneuver through the airport. I was pleased to get everything I needed for 10 days in only one medium bag and fully packed it weighed only 35lbs. The price point for a three piece set was great. Time will tell how well they hold up but first impression is highly recommend.

Highly recommend and has stood the test of time!
Been using this bag for 6 years now have taken it all over the world from Europe to Alaska multiple times. So far it’s handled everything I’ve managed to throw at it like a champ. The onlything to wear out is the zippered interior compartment because I stuffed it too full… not the bags fault. It’s still going strong but I have to admit I feel like I want to retire her soon before something does go wrong but honestly I cannot complain of the value of this bag. The orange color is great and makes it easy to spot or keep in your site. I’ve wheeled it on more cobblestone streets than should be allowed and wheels are still running like the day I got it. The handle has gotten a bit finicky lately but like I said with the use it’s gotten this has been an excellent bag for my needs.

Excellent Value – Durable and Reliable
This set of Amazon Basics luggage has exceeded all my expectations. It has been on ten airplane trips, two cruises, and several weekend getaways, and it’s held up beautifully. There are no broken zippers, no busted handles, and the wheels still roll smoothly—a true testament to its quality. What really impressed me is how lightweight the luggage is without sacrificing durability. It’s incredibly sturdy and has only picked up a few minor scuff marks after all that travel. Honestly, I’ve owned some big-name brand luggage before, and I think this set outperforms them all.I also love the color—it’s easy to spot on the baggage carousel, which is a huge plus. I was so pleased with this set that I’ve already bought another in a different color. If you're looking for dependable, affordable luggage, this is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Good Luggage for the money
I bought these recently and I think they're good for the price. I've just traveled once with these and they have held up pretty well, although it's really soon to tell. I would have loved if they had TSA security locks installed, but I get that you can't get them at the price of the bags. I got them in Blue and I love the color, they stand out so it'll be easier to get them out of the luggage rails. The carry on capacity is really good, buy I don't like the fact that is wider and not taller. The handle on the carry on don't seem to have great quality, as it goes down every now and them wether I push the button or not. The 30 inch handle is well made.If these products end up not resisting the couple of trips I have planned this year, I'll be back and give you an update.

Held up for years
I have had this suitcase for several years now and it has held up very well. There is not a lot of organization on the inside, but enough to serve its purpose. The inside half that zips holds more than it looks like it will and the zippers have all held up. The other half of the inside has a strap that is fine. It works, but things will move around if not tightly packed.I have taken this suitcase on many trips and it has certainly been banged around, but it is still doing a great job! I definitely recommend, especially for the price.

The ONLY luggage you need to own.
I own these Amazon Basics hardside luggage pieces in every size—and they’re our go-to for everything from work trips to family vacations. I recommend them to everyone. Seriously, I think they’d survive the apocalypse.I always get the orange so they’re easy to spot at baggage claim, and the hard shell keeps everything inside protected, no matter how rough the journey. After tons of travel, we’ve never busted a wheel or broken a zipper. These things are tough, reliable, and built to last.If you travel even semi-regularly, these are the real deal.

Better than my relatively expensive name brand luggage.
We found it necessary for everyone in our family of four to have their own carry-on for flights as the kids have become older. We already owned two relatively expensive name brand carry-ons and needed two more carry-ons. These are much less expensive and much better quality than the name brand carry-ons we have. Buy quality, not the logo. They are what we wanted in a carry-on: tough and functional. We were not looking for anything stylish but this carry-on has more style than the name brands of luggage we saw while shopping.

Open with care!
I wanted a hardshell suitcase to protect fragile stuff in my checked luggage. The suitcase worked very well in that respect. Where it falls short is in the elastic X strap that is supposed to hold your stuff in the non-pocketed side of the suitcase. The strap is very loose and not adjustable. If you don't have that side stuffed to the max, when you open the suitcase, all the stuff on that side falls out. If you're not packing something heavy in the zippered side, you could put the strapped side down and avoid that problem. Otherwise, if you have to open your suitcase at the airport, you risk everything falling out and having to repack. How hard would it have been to put in 2 adjustable straps and make the suitcase much more user friendly?
