Has opening of individual pad wrappers been improved yet? My only complaint is that wrappers are difficult to open.

It's never been difficult to open an individual wraper for me; I open it from the side the ends are glued together.

What is the scent? Is this chemically or naturally scented?

There is no scent and it seems to be natural. You do feel a menthol type feeling in the beginning but nothing irritating
