I have only used this for snorkeling. The case is relatively easy to use and understand how to set your phone in the case. my phone did stay waterproof and no leaks occurred. That said, you are not able to use the touch screen at all when it's in this case. At least with an iphone 12 mini. You set the camera up and put it in the housing and leave it on till you get out of the water. Definitely will eat up your battery. The glare on the screen makes it really hard to see anything on your iphone screen. The back screen feels like a flimsy screen, but again I had no issues with water leaking. If you need to access your touchscreen, do not buy this. If you want to go for an occassional snorkel and just snap videos, it works perfectly. Easy to hit the trigger and take photos of what I wanted. Added a couple for you to get an idea.

I bought this a while ago but never got a chance to use it until recently. I took it with me for a snorkelling session and it worked great. Very easy to install and use. Supports all kinds of phone sizes. I got two out of my three phones to work with it. My very huge note phone didn't work since the size seems to be too large for the case to handle. For the depth I was playing at, the water proof seems to function flawlessly. I didn't dare diving deeper than 5 meters so I couldn't do tests on how deep this case will go past 5 meters. But for the depth I was at this thing worked flawlessly. It was easy to get it to take photos under water. I haven't had the chance to do a second session with it yet. But soon I will. Will update this review if something goes wrong for my next dive but for now the experience is good. Recommended!

I used this case with my Pixel 8 Pro on our Hawaii vacation to take pictures while snorkeling and it performed beyond my wildest hopes. The Pixel 8 Pro is huge and the volume keys don't line up with the trigger, but the trigger *does* line up with the power button and that's why this was perfect. The Pixel can be set to open the camera on a power button double-press, and the screen works well enough through the case you can use the shutter circle on the screen. This allows you to turn the screen off when not in use by clicking power, and then turn the camera back on with a double-press. This keeps the camera from overheating inside the case. The case was 100% water tight, comfortable to use, and even held up to me using it as a mini-paddle. The pictures also came out super clear and I've attached a few just for example.

This is a fantastic alternative to a gopro if you have a IPhone with the action button. Went down 25+ feet snorkeling and it worked flawlessly. There was a couple times the button wasn’t working for whatever reason, but it was a apple problem, not a case problem Hold down on the button and it does a video until you let go. Phone needed a cooldown period at one point as the water was tropical and the screen of the phone stays on.
