My 4 year old was really constipated to the point it was starting to set him back with overall toilet training. I listened to the 'zoe' podcast and thought I'd give a probiotic a go. I decided on these because of the reviews on taste and that the texture was better than some. They taste lovely, but the texture is somewhere between jelly babies and foam bananas. This was definitely off putting for my son, I changed to another probiotic gummy for a week and since I went back to these he's taken them quite happily. I've noticed less sore tummy's and he seems more settled overall and more open to trying different foods, which may of course be a coincidence. Regardless of texture, these have been life changing

My son started having issues with his stomach when he started high school. Not sure if it was nerves or constipation, I bought him these and he hasnt had a problem since, he loves the taste and won't be without them now
