THE HANDRAIL WAS NOT FINISHED OFF AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. NOT COMPLETELY ROUNDEDTHE END CAPS WERE SHARP AND I ACTUALLY CUT MY FINGER ON ONE OF THEM WHEN COMING DOWN THE STAIR AS THE CAPS WERE NOT A GOOD FITTING, WE HAVE NOW REMOVED THE CAPS COMPLETELYTHIS RAIL WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED BUT WE WERE DESPARATE TO GET SOME SUPPORT ON THE STAIRWAY DUE TO FAMILY WHO NEEDED TO HAVE SOMETHING TO AID THEIR CLIMB UP THE STAIRSWE WILL BE REPLACING THIS IN THE NEAR FUTURE, AND WILL JUST HAVE TO STAND THE COST OF THISTERRIBLE HANDRAIL i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HANDRAIL AT ALL

Looks good - quality and Value for money.

I did not realise that the rail came in 3 parts. not sure if that was my fault not researching or sellers advertising incorrectly. Saying that I made it work and I'm very happy with the end look of my stair rail. There were a couple of scratches on the rails which we hid underneath when installing and when we told the company they were very quick to respond and offer us a return or goodwill gesture.I would recommend this product if a small handrail is needed or if like me you are happy to have 3 handrails going up your stairs. Also will be good on a corner stairs.

The metal attachments that support the rail are badly welded and two fell apart when a small amount of pressure was applied. The rail itself is ok but the metal parts poor quality and useless. Please send two replacements.

On the picture it shows in one piece ,when it came it’s in two ,,badly made wood shaved at end so didn’t fit the fittings ,,,not enough black screws to be able to put it up ,,would not buy again

I ordered a 3.6 m handrail but it come in two parts. So I joined them together filled and painted. Looks ok and just in time because I got sciatica a week later.

Aclarar que viene en tramos. Solicitamos en medidas de 3 metros de largo y vinieron dos tramos separados. El problema es que ambos tramos no casan. Uno de ellos se nota algo más grueso que el otro y viene con una pequeña base en uno de sus lados por Io que no es totalmente circular, el otro no presenta dicha base. Uno de ellos venía además con roces (la cara donde presenta dichos roces lo hemos colocado dando cara a la pared para ocultarlos). En resumen, no lo recomendaría por acabado.
