I bought this so my grandmother can get in the pool with us and this worked out perfect kinda flimsy hand rails but over all was in most of summer and seems to hold up

Easy to assemble and light enough to maneuver. A little tough to sink at first. I didn't want to fill with sand as the holes had no caps. Otherwise the sand would seep out. Aloud the water to fill but need two pool weights to hold down.

The product is good but arrived with no assembly instructions. Took a while to get them.

If you need steps for stability or easy access for egress and ingress, do not purchase this item. The risers on the steps are enormous. Almost a foot high. I bought a pool for PT and cannot use these steps. Aside from the height of the risers, the hand rails are very wobbly and if I were to put the pressure on them, necessary to stabilize getting into the pool, or to help me to pull myself up out of the pool, I am positive they would snap off. I contacted Amazon... Nice reps.. but no satisfaction. I contacted the vender... They never responded. Not sure what to recommend because there doesn't seem to be a lot of selection for above ground pools, but this is useless. I'm very sorry I gave the ladder that came with the pool away. I couldn't have used it, either, but I wouldn't have thrown away the money for these steps, and the weights to hang from them. No one tells you about that .. or the pad to go under the steps, so they don't cut your liner .. they don't tell you about that either. Not to mention, I paid someone to put them together and place them in the pool and screw them to the deck.

Great steps. Works great for my pool. Assembly was pretty straight forward, only issue i had was getting sand into it to weigh it down. Small hole and very time consuming.

I am a little disappointed that it needs sand to weigh down and can imagine the stairs will be too heavy to take out of pool. It should include some weights that you can take off and on especially for the price. I also feel the rails do not feel sturdy. Maybe if the rails were heavier maybe the stairs wont need any sand.

Great pool stairs for my 52" deep Intex pool. Very happy with the quality and easy set up.
