I've tried a number of teas to help with sleeping and this is by far my favorite tasting one and it seems to work well with helping me get to and stay asleep.

It really does seem to help me go to sleep, and I have frequent insomnia. I still wake back up after 3-4 hours, but I think that’s a problem with me, not the tea. Flavor is pretty good.

Pretty good but could definitely have more flavor.

I didn’t expect to love Twinning Sleep as much as I do, but wow it’s been a total game changer for my nighttime routine. From the very first night, I noticed I was falling asleep faster and waking up feeling actually rested (which hasn’t happened in a while).
