Q: Can I use it to make fried pickles?

I used it on my homemade pickles, and I didn't do anything else, other than coat, and let sit like the instructions say. Then, fried them in canola oil in a deep pan. They were great!

Q: Would this still be good on chicken that's baked in the oven or air fryer, rather than deep-fried?

The best results for me is deep fried. I have not tried an air fryer.
