Great guide
I love this book. It has exercise guides for resistance work. It a new publication for me; but, I know it is what I’m looking for. You could possibly see me as a 79 year old body model. (That’s a joke”Who knows? At least I have a guide!

Good book
This book really shows why resistance bands are so versatile for everyone who doesn't have big space to perform their exercises/workouts. Not only that, it is achievable. It also shows different workouts from same muscle group, which is a plus and it compares between correct and incorrect forms during the exercises. This book is little but it shows a lot (all major muscle groups).

Great book!
I just bought this book on my kindle. The illustrations are very clear and the instructions are easily explained. There are many resistance band exercises in this book showing you how to use it on different parts of your body for example shoulders, back, arms and so on. For people who don't have any idea how to use resistance bands this book can help you do so.

Clear and Concise Exercise Manual
This is a convenient manual with a basic set of exercises for all muscle groups and very useful general guidelines and instructions, which I found the most helpful part of the book. There is one sample routine and no recommendations how to customize it. There are some typos, but they don’t impact comprehension. Many exercises make use of unusual positions and movements without any explanations of their significance, e.g. doing shoulder exercises lying on the floor with raised legs. Maybe some arm/leg positions and movements are used for balance, back protection, etc., but it is not stated anywhere. Explanations accompanying every exercise are not very useful. The bottom line, this book can be used to perform the sample routine with, possibly, a few extensions, such as rotator cuff exercises. It’s useless for an experienced person and insufficient for a beginner, especially, with some specific needs and/or problems, but a beginner can certainly benefit from the introductory part of the book.“Resistance Band Workbook” by Karl Knopf seems to be a much more comprehensive and well organized book suitable for different levels of practitioners.

Best book for resistance exercising
I wasn't sure which resistance exercise book to purchase but i'm very glad that I chose this one by Noel Potvin. The photographs and explainations cover various exercises for the different sets of muscles. Great section on Shoulders.. this along with the Black Mountain tubing set makes it easy to work out.
