Awesome inexpensive face mask. I haven't used it for heat yet, as i bought it for cold therapy. Freezes quickly and stays cold for a long time. The size and shape of the mask is nice and malleable so that you can get good coverage and application. If you're looking for a soothing spa mask this one is definitely a good choice.

This works really well! I wish it stayed hot a little longer. But it's super easy and comfortable. I bought a second one for my daughter.

I love this mask. IT ALLOWS ME TO WEAR MY READING GLASSES! it stays put and it’s very calming. The scent is relaxing and the weight is soothing. The Velcro is strong and I can wear it sitting or standing too. This is a nice quality mask! I wasn’t expecting it to be as quality as it is for the great price. Will buy more for gifts.

Due to the thick material, it does not mold to face thus does not cover every inch of the face. It is also not as cold as I thought, and if I put it in the freezer, it'd be too cold and would burn my skin.

Had migraines for years after having a brain tumor removed they have not gotten better. I wear on my face and sometimes on the top of my head w a skullcap. Versatile it works wonderfully.

It fits comfortably and well on my face - BUT I find that it does not hold the heat any (or significantly) longer than a towel. I wanted this for sinus congestion relief. I am back to using my small towel immersed in hot water - it is quicker and easier to use. Definitely disappointed.

Just had eye surgery and the mask worked out great to keep the area cool.

The functionality of this mask is a joke! It is too heavy for the useless strap, it just slides right off your face. The gel does not disperse well throughout the mask, which makes the temples scalding hot while the cheek filling is lukewarm at best. It literally gives you the paper cut equivalent of burns in the areas where there is little gel. I only microwaved it for 25 seconds and was suprised at how hot parts of this mask got. It should be banned from Amazon. In fact, I'm disappointed Amazon let such an inferior product be sold. I bought this mask to help with my severe sinus problems and it honestly made things worse by giving me more problems. I could have paid someone $14 to punch me in the face and I would have been happier with that! The only positive thing I can find from this experience is being able to warn others not to buy this product. I know I am not alone in wanting to have the option to not give products even one star, we the consumer, should have the ability to show a company how we truly feel. This isn't pre-school, not everyone deserves a gold star!
