I was waiting for the price to go down to purchase it, i saw the opportunity where it went down by 20$ and that’s when i bought it. It is a very cute set, the size is perfect and the magnet idea of replacing the simbha is icing on the cake. If you love dinsey enesco figurines would make you happy, except the prices could be bit on a expensive side. Finally I loved what I have ordered

I love it so much! I think the price is great and have paid similar prices for much smaller Disney Jim Shores. It's so BIG! And it did not arrive broken. Perfect condition. I’m so happy I finally ordered. It's been on my wish list for years.

I was not going to order this because of the reviews but I decided to go for it and I am so happy I did. I love my statue. It didn’t come broken. It’s In perfect shape. Sometimes it’s not the sellers fault.

Jim Shore is a great craftsman. He really knocked this one out the park. Love it!

Broken and missing pieces, very unhappy

I know I should have listened to the other reviews that said this item was going to arrive broken, but I truly thought I had found a way around that little problem. I bought the item through Amazon Warehouse Deals, where each item is (supposedly) “inspected” before being repackaged and assessed for sale at a discounted price. The description said “Condition: Used - Like New - Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged.” So I figured, okay the box is going to be pretty banged up; not really a huge deal, as long as the figurine isn’t broken. And me thinking that since this item was “inspected” by actual human eyes, and those eyes would be able to see if the figurine was either broken or not; and the description said “Like New, packaging will be damaged”, I figured I was going to get a good deal and an item that was in one piece. Well, I’m not sure where the “inspector’s” eyes were, but this was the first time that “Like New” meant I would basically be receiving a glass jigsaw puzzle in a box (see attached photos). Pumbaa was completely broken off from the log and had a broken leg. Timon was literally in pieces. And young Simba’s tail was broken. Adult Simba and the log were just fine, and in fact the only two pieces in the box that would have qualified for the “Like New” stamp this item received. What I did find cool, and I don’t think is mentioned, is that the interchangeable Simbas’ are magnetized to the log so that they do not fall off. What I don’t care for too much about this piece is the fact that the portions of log that are underneath the Simbas’ are a slightly different color than the log itself. They have a slight more blueish tint while the whole log itself has a slight blackish tint. Also young Simba’s log portion is slightly smaller in the back (see attached photos). The only reason I did not file for a return was that 95% (percent) of the broken pieces were inside the box. So I reached for the super glue and put together the ‘glass jigsaw puzzle’. And to be honest, it doesn’t look all that bad. You can see a couple of the lines around Timon’s neck and arm and young Simba’s tail is missing one small piece at the base of his backside, but unless you are standing right up close in front of it, it’s not that easy to tell it has been glued back together. Especially from the opposite side so that your eye is not drawn directly towards the small missing piece on young Simba’s bottom (see attached photos). On a different note, I am a bit annoyed at Amazon Warehouse Deals. The figurine was stated to be “Like New” and I do not find that it was. I would have put labeled it as “Very Good” (with a more detailed description of the item) because 95% (percent) of the pieces were inside the box. It was also stated that the packaging was going to be damaged. In my opinion, the box and Styrofoam looked in decent shape for “damaged”. Nor was it made any mention of the fact that figurine itself was broken. However, I am happy I was able to fix the figurine. I think it looks pretty good. See attached photos for before and after screenshots. UPDATE: 10-28-18 Correction, I have pictures, but for whatever reason Amazon will not allow me to upload them. No matter how many times I click the little plus sign under 'Add a photo or video' nothing happens; there is no way for me to get them up.

Figurine magnifique et emballage parfait

Me vino con un desperfecto y me lo cambiaron en muy poco tiempo. El Segundo que me vino estaba perfecto. Lo que me pasa con estas figuras es que da igual lo que cueste, sabes que merece la pena por el mimo con el que están hechas. Es exactamente igual que en la imagen de mostrar.

Very good. A lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. But goes well with all the other Traditions items we have. It’s probably one of the bigger items of them all that we’ve ever had and we have quite a lot. Attention to details as always is very good. I like that you can. Swap baby Simba for Teenage Simba too.
