Not as pictured but a good product
Unfortunately I have well water and had to adapt extra water filters, it was clogging constantly, after filters were installed it runs good, it does what is supposed to, cool the areas, I bought 2 and very happy so far after a month installed.

This is still a beta product
This will be be a realProduct in a year or two. Today’s product hanging from my ceiling is a beta version. Face plate detached after two weeks. First nozzle clogged after two weeks. User manual is primitive. Product drips water for two hours after use even with all lines shut down. Additionally I have to wash the windows after every use as it gets “Smokey” from the mist. Commercial product may be fine but this was rushed into production and the QA person should be fired.

Works quite well
It makes sitting on my open patio doable when the temp is as high as 105* F. The fan makes some noise, but not terrible.

Product OK but Pricey, Customer Service Not So Good
I honestly give the product a 4 out of 5, but Mist America’s customer service a 2. A few weeks ago, I purchased a Mist360 MiniCool System with a 1000 PSI pump assembly. I was upsold by their V/P to their 1000 PSI pump from the 750 PSI that comes with the Mini. I was told because I have a 10’ patio height and I was using their 2’ extension rod, I needed the larger pump that cost $400 more. They don’t have any install options with the Mini system, so you are on your own installing it. They also don’t have any suggestions on contractors they work with except that it’s that it's supposed to be easy to do yourself. It would have been easier instead of frustrating if the written instructions they sent me pertained to the system I purchased. What they sent me was outdated instructions and photos of possibly one of their older systems. The one video online they have is only for their Cyclone system where the wiring in the video is different than what I received on my Mini. I telephoned Mist America during my install on how to wire the Mini using their 2’ extension rod. My one question went unanswered most of the day, making my install a 2 day project. Once I did finish the install and started the pump, the pressure was so great, my nylon tubing was blown off at the pump. Their video instructs you to only tighten the coupling ½ turn. With this upgraded 1000 PSI pump, that appears to be too much pressure for the Mini which has only 6 nozzles. Their Cyclone system has 8 nozzles where 1000 PSI may be needed. At the coupling on my ceiling where the 2 ends of tubing are connected, the pressure from the larger pump was too much. It came apart at the ceiling 3-4 times! Only after tightening the coupling beyond ½ turn; adding several more fasteners on each side of the coupling; and dialing back the pressure on the pump to about 800 PSI did the tubing hold. The misting effect is not noticeable at about 800 PSI and it has not come apart. In conclusion, I did not need the larger pump and paid an extra $400 for nothing. You may have recently seen on TV, Mist America’s Memorial Day promotion. The day after I received my system in the mail, I saw their promotion offering $500 off any of their MiniCool Systems with a 1000 PSI pump. I sent an email to their V/P that night with a screen shot from my TV of their promotion asking for some sort of compensation since my recent purchased qualified for their $500 discount except for being a few days early. I was expecting a quick resolution from them. Probably not a $500 credit, but possibly a $250 credit to my card. 3 days later, I got a response from their V/P that they would look into it. After not hearing anything after several more days, I started sending text messages/emails regarding my request as related to their promotion. A few more bdays later, I received an email offering me $500 credit toward any future purchases by me using a special code! Their least expensive portable mister is $800, so their offer is basically worthless unless I plan on spending hundreds more with them. By the way, I’m still waiting for that special code I’m supposed to use if I wanted to take their offer. If you do business with Mist America, I hope your experience is better than what I had.

Wow. A 27 degree temperature drop in 12 minutes.
I just replaced two ceiling fans on my patio with two MistAmerica misting fans. In the 50+ years I've lived in Phoenix I've bought portable evap coolers, installed misting kits of all kinds and nothing has performed the way these misting fans do. I have spoken to the company and I'm sure the performance is due to to the patented nozzles and the pump they use. These things instantly blow an ultra-fine mist of cold air even when over 100 degrees. The mist is so fine, it evaporates quickly so you stay dry. I don't know that I'll get a 27 degree drop when it's 115 out but even if its 20 degrees the cooling mist combined with the blowing fans will allow me to get much more use from my west facing patio this year and years to come. Bring on the summer heat.
