Girl to girl , I feel like every female should have these either in your medicine cabinet or your purse at all times , I use them any time I feel my PH balance could be thrown off to prevent BV , great for after intercourse , after your monthly , after wearing your bathing suit at the beach all day etc. you can easily pop one in , if use a liner while using one as if anything is going on you will get a lot of discharge , it literally cleans you out and you see any symptoms subside almost immediately, smell will be balanced but please don’t let you man do oral after because they are toxic to ingest , but vaginally they are great for your PH. I have never had irritation.

Cheaper than AZO and way less gritty leakage. I do like the honey pot suppositories but mostly because I forget I used one and spend about 10 sec trying to figure out why it smells like cucumbers when I'm peeing smh. I also tried a 3rd brand from amazon, Nutra something maybe but those are just as gritty as the azo which really is no big deal but these work exactly the same with less, if any, of that. I pop one up there preventatively mostly (1 every 1-2 wks or whenever i think about it) so I have the one bottle for much longer than the other brands. Works the same wonders for less. Gotta love that.

Boric acid capsules are an essential in my feminine care routine, and I've tried multiple different brands at all different price ranges. I tried these this time because they are affordable, come with a good amount of capsules (much more than most), and are advertised as natural, medical grade with rigorous third party quality testing. They work just as good as the more expensive and popular brands I've tried, and I haven't experienced any negative effects from them so far. They dissolve easily, actually leave less residue than some of the other brands, and most importantly they do the job.For me personally, every time I have any pH balance issue, experiencing am odor that isn't normal, or symptoms of BV starting, whether it be from my period, intimacy, excessive sweating caused by my medication, use of certain soaps, wearing some unforgiving polyester underwear, or anything that causes me to be off, I use one.I insert one with my finger all the way before bed and leave it overnight, and the next morning it's gone and I'm back to normal. It's definitely a life saver for me and for the price and the amount you get, I will definitely be buying from this brand again when I run out. Definitely recommend!
