Was very hesitant to spend so much on a chair after only using £100 or less chairs my whole life. I sit for 6+ hours a day, and recently I've had a lot of back pain and struggle to walk or stand up some days, so I figured getting a good chair was worth a try. What a game changer. The chair promotes good posture without being uncomfortable. The cushion is firm and I trust it'll last for many years. The back feels great even when sitting for a long time. So many customization options. It arrived pre-built so I didn't have to worry about stressing over building it. On my old chair I was in physical pain every time I stood up from the chair. On this steelcase chair I can jump up and out of it due to the excellent suspension and comfort. I've only had the chair for a week so far, so if my opinion changes as I use it more, I'll edit this review. But I'm confident I won't be. Edit: Had it for almost 2 years now and still in love with it. No complaints.

This chair is built really well and is worth the price, it's highly adjustable and I sit in it for around 10 hours a day. However, the back support doesn't quite adjust high enough to be perfectly sized for taller people, if you're over 6ft tall and plan to spend extended time periods in this chair you might want to consider alternatives.

Have this 1.5 year now, seat and backrest are still in perfect condition. Plastic material on armrests started bubbling up after longer use making padding provide less and less support, inside there is very thin filling pad that doesn't help too much with all pointy moving parts below. Now few months back I started having some serious elbow problems, and right now I'm almost unable to use this chair, have some problems moving my arm around, in general I my life quality went down considerably as in pain on dayly basis. Not blaming it all on the chair but considering how often I used it I believe it helped me made issue worse. I contacted company about the armrests and learned chairs made in 2022-2023 have problems because of materials used in armrest which causes outer material to bubble up, so I can say faulty chair hwlped me bust my elbow. I didn't expected this was gonna happen with chair this expensive, and I still love that chair as it is comfortable as it can be minus "torture devices called armrests" but having to deal with months of elbow pain which is still existing issue I would recommend anybody interested in it: get something with better armrests if You plan do sit in it for longer than maybe 2-3 hours a day and use armrests.

Arrived today and it is most comfortable desk chair I’ve owned, well worth the money. Comes assembled and delivery by Amazon was good.

Considering the cost of the chair, I'm very unimpressed that there's no paperwork whatsoever with it. The seat is too low and I can't sit on it as it is. There are no instructions on how to raise the seat and I don't want to risk damaging it. I must return it unless the supplier provides written instructions and a written guarantee.

Awesome. Waited a good 12 months to wrote this as i wanted to give the chair time, but it's as good as the day I purchased it. Comes pre-built and the build quality is fantastic! A real premium experience imo and it put my old chair to absolute shame!

It is very comfortable for my body. The range of height and seat depth adjustments allow me pretty relaxed seating position. And arm rest adjustment steps allow very fine selection of you elbows positions. The chair is pretty simple, it seems. But if ì did you, will work the money!
