Perfect for our fathers wheelchair who had a stroke. Eased his pressure wounds so he could sit up longer.

A few reviews complained about product deflating overnight. Although the air valve works properly, I can see how it could accidentally open. For the price of this unit, the air valve is a poor design. That said, close the air valve firmly, orient it to back of chair and it should be OK. The multiple "bulb" seat share a single air chamber. This means when you lean to one side, the air is forced tot he other side....pushing up. Care is needed not to be pushed over. Keeping these concerns in mind, I definitely, without a doubt, know this product will help/prevent heal pressure/bed wounds.

Works great! Had bed sores and it helped them go away. Comfortable, washable.

I'm not sure how I ended up finding this but I was desperate for something that worked for long hours of gaming and this is amazing. I never had something that felt so great on a chair and I guess it makes sense since this is for people that have to be on their wheelchairs all day. It's pricey considering they have seat cushions 1/5 of the price but trust me this is a whole different experience as a gamer sitting down, all those others are just foam basically, this like shapes to your rear end like hydraulic shocks in little squares, definitely getting it again if it starts leaking air, it comes with a repair kit but is pretty thick plastic not sure how you would put a hole in it, and through the cover too that is also thick. Very happy with it.

I am very disappointed, the one star rating reflects the fact that I had high hopes for this air cushion. The gel and memory foam products I used in the past start off comfortable, but break down and become unusable with time. This "cushion" was uncomfortable from the moment I sat on it until i gave up, hours later, after trying it I just ate correctly based on the instructions in the manual. I finally gave up when the cushion almost caused me to fall to the floor . The cushion had uneven inflation and constant air flowing from one side to the other. When I reached toward the floor, it caused all the air to shift from the front to back, raising my behind about 4 inches. It pushed me up and forward almost out of the chair. Whether it's design, flaw or user error or I don't feel safe using it

Ive only sat on it for like 5 minutes so far, but I have grown up with Roho cushions, it is yet to be seen if it'll live up to my daily abuse as long as the last one did. Its definitely a thinner material. But so far its really comfortable!
