Axiom - Notebook battery (equivalent to: Dell 312-4609) - 1 x lithium ion - for Dell Latitude C400 (312-4609-AX) (Axiom Memory Solutions)

The battery worked.....for about an hour only. I contacted the seller and asked for assistance. They immediately offered and provided a refund AND a replacement at NO CHARGE. The replacement IS working better and is an even larger one than I originally purchased. In essence, I ended up with a free replacement battery. I would feel comfortable purchasing from this seller again.

discharged to 2% as instructed and now battery wont charge. Any suggestions?
