You'll be pleased! The bass extension is great, you'll love it. Vocals are neat, a bit recessed but can be EQed. Treble isn't harsh. A bit forward (v shaped) but pleasant. I think it sounds better than the CCA CRA. :-)

I have another pair of CCA IEMs and they’re great, these have a bit wider nozzle that hurts my ear. My others don’t, pretty disappointed.

The gold wasn't my first pick for an IEM look, but it's grown on me. Very tight bass, decent if not crystal-detailed highs, pretty elaborate mids - cool looking, less tangly cord than other IEMs, pairs beautifully with a Qudelix headphone amp. Fantastic portability and insta-connect if I need better mobility or use a device lacking a jack (FU, feature-killing corporate tech giants). I've had KZ-ZSN and CCA C-10's -- these are definitely the best of the group. Usually tops the 'bang for (low) buck' IEM lists for a reason. The stock ear tips aren't great, so replaced them with medium SpinFit CP100 tips. Much better!
