This could be a 5 star product but I believe if you are ordering 5,10 or 20 litres of their product, it should come with. Anyways I couldn't open the jugs myself even though I broke out or cut the little prongs that same way it does when you twist the wrench. so now I have it but I'm staying with their products so there it is.

What I like is that it does work to open and close a regular cap. I had to modify it to use on the spigots

This company makes fantastic nutrients. However to make someone buy a specific tool to open their nutrients is ludicrous. And even worse- there is no warning anywhere that you need this tool- so you spend hundreds of dollars on their products and they don't tell you that you need a special tool to open it unless you want to punch a hole in their container and drain it into a milk jug. Several days wasted

They should tell you that you need this thing when you buy nutes. I didn’t know this wrench existed until I struggled with a bottle for 2 hours and did a google search.

Do not listen to the haters that say they are mad because they did not purchase this item until later. The cap cannot be opened by bad hydro stores and nutrients removed and water added so you get bad products from the company ; )
