We always enjoy cannolis when we can find them but we live too far away to find anything good. So, with these, we can learn to make our own to our own liking.These tubes make the process easy. They release easily, and they are easy to clean. We did not put them in the dishwasher so we cannot vouch for that. We just soak them in soapy water and clean by hand. Clean up is easy.We cannot say that we make great cannolis yet, but with these tubes, we are well on our way.
