I work nights and take this with a light dose of melatonin and get a great night's sleep (about 6 hours).I've went to bed without it and have noticed the difference.

I wanted this to help me, but I guess it doesn't work for everyone. No noticeable difference after taking the entire bottle over a month.

Great product. I have trouble sleeping at night. I take this a few hours before I'm ready to go to bed. It relaxes me and helps me sleep much better.

I had no negative side effects from this product, but I did not have any positive outcomes from trying this product. Your mileage may vary, of course. I also question the origin of this product. The Amazon listing states "US" as the county of origin, but some of the wording is a little suspicious. If you search for the manufacturer, you will find a web site with no contact information, and the terms list "Canada" as the governing law in the terms and conditions.

Looking for something to replace Benevolent Mood Boost which has disappeared. This one, NooMost checks all the boxes. EXCEPT, it has melatonin? Why?

This mood boost is so amazing. It just makes me feel so calming throughout the day, almost stress-free and tension-relieved. Because of those, my sleep is getting much better, more relaxing and restful. I've tried quite many other mood supplements before and found this mood enhancer is the best so far. One more thing I like this natural relief for anxiety is that just taking 1 pill a day while others requiring 2 pills. Effective and affordable. Highly recommend it!

I have been taking this for a few days, I would say it does help with mood, however I am likely ADHD and low on seratonin, norepi, and dopamine. So these ingredients are what I was searching for. I love it so far and will keep taking them. We will see if there is any improvement in ADHD symptoms as well, this will take more time.
