From people who lived and worked in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this was probably the #1 thing we missed. Hatch Green Chile canned can't even come close. We use it for enchiladas and burritos, but if you register on their website after purchasing from Amazon, they will send you a link to other great things like green chile burgers,dips and so many things I hadn't even thought of.My husband kills his stomach by slapping it on, but one jar will to about 4-7 full sized enchiladas or pizzas, but with conservative use, and fridge use after opening, it makes it great value for money.I have been ordering from Amazon since 2022

I lived in New Mexico for several years. Sadly I had to move away from the amazing weather and incredible food. Imagine my complete JOY when I discovered 505 Green Chile could be purchased on Amazon! It is amazing and goes a well with everything. Cheeseburgers, omelets, chicken, pizza! The possibilities are endless! Highly recommend!

Hatch green chilis are the best. No there green chilis can compare with their taste.

Best green chile available. Only better if you get fresh roast and peel yourself

For many years friends and I would order several pounds of hatch chilies from Hatch, New Mexico and have a chili roast. And honestly, there is no better way to get a nice roasted chili than by doing that. But sometimes you just don’t have it in you to order Chili’s one time a year that they are available for ordering roast over several hours enough chilies to last you for the year. If you don’t feel like doing that, these chilies are just the answer. They are beautifully roasted and cut up and ready for instant use on green chili cheeseburgers or green chili pork stew or whatever else you want green chilies.
