I love these rods for mandala dotting. The variety of sizes is great. The rod sizes range from small to medium sizes, no large sized rods. I highly recommend them!

It seems the aluminum rods are for crafts only. Not capable of welding jobs.

Precisely tolerance but oversized
Ordered the 20x 4.0mm package. Every single rod was between 4.09 and 4.12mm in diameter. So they're very precisely oversized, but it doesn't say that anywhere in the product description.
