It has given the wood a nice shine before it look powdery and dull, now it bright and shiny water resistance very good value for money as 7 doors done so far and not a lot used so goes a long way.

Together with turpentine to clean furniture.

The media could not be loaded.  Apply with a rag. No need to wear gloves. Simply add a couple of drops to the rag rub over the wood. The wood looks new again. It actually helps preserve the life of the wood by stopping it drying out so theres less chances of it splitting.Long lasting. Its only a small bottle, but Ive done a fireplace, 2 x cabinets, and all my garden tool handles, and haven't used 1/2 a bottle.

I got this Yellowbees' linseed oil to use on wooden chopping boards, cheese boards and teak pan handles. It's a 100% pure filtered oil with no impurities and, containing no chemicals, it is very eco-friendly. As a natural product, wood needs regularly oiling with linseed or mineral oil to maintain its appearance. It can otherwise dry out and crack, especially in modern, centrally heated environments. Linseed oil will also give protection against scratches.This oil has a very pleasant linseed odour to it - not nearly as powerful as some linseed oil I've encountered when oil painting. Very simple and a pleasure to use, put a little onto a soft cloth and rub the wood in circular motions until it's absorbed. If the wood's dry, it will absorb more oil. Leave overnight and buff next day with a soft, dry cloth.One aspect you should be aware of is that although linseed oil will build up more of a protective finish over time, it will also darken the colour of wood. If you have pale wood and would rather it stayed that way, look for Mineral Oil which will retain the natural colour of the wood better.

The Yellow Bees pure refined linseed oil is a handy item to have around if like me you have lots of natural wood furniture. Unfortunately in today’s modern world, natural wood items dry out so quickly in modern centrally heated homes, too quickly to be honest. This drying out of the wood can literally destroy furniture over time, I’ve found that applying linseed oil revitalises the wood, making it look good and more importantly revitalising the grain stopping it from drying out so quickly. As always read and follow all safety guidelines and instructions, use suitable PPE and keep areas clean whilst applying it. If in any doubt about suitability, carry out a patch test in an inconspicuous area. The Yellow Bees linseed oil is recommended for wood worktops too,keeping the wood water resisting and revitalising it. This oil can be used for wooden sports equipment too, cricket bats etc.

100% pure linseed oil - no additives, preservatives or colourings. This is also refined, so it's easily absorbed. I've been giving my wooden furniture and chopping boards a new lease of life, letting them drink in the goodness. Excellent product.
