Nice size & good quality
This is awesome to use when taking ravioli or any pasta that is rounded or square etc out of a pan of water. It’s sturdy and light weight. Anything Cuisinart is a great brand to have.

Wish I had this years ago!
I wish I'd had this fifteen years ago! It is sturdy enough to use for soup (my main use) and will lift large pieces of carcass out without a whimper. I love it enough to gift it twice to my soup cookin' sons.

Hard to clean
Works good but it catches on everything especially when you’re trying to clean it.

Not as Shallow as I had Hoped
I really wanted to use this to skim fries off the top of the hot oil that are done (they float to the top. But this this is too deep for a shallow frying pan to do this. I wish that they had provided the appropriate dimensions so that I would not have wanted my money on this thing that I'll never use. What a waste.
