Are these still air tight without the shakers?

If you do not use the shaker tops under the lids, they are still airtight and the lids provide a nice seal

Makes no sense to handwrite labels. Please provide a template for the labels to print on the blank sheet provided. When can we expect it?

I agree with you %100 makes no sense to have some written and some printed it takes away from the fact that you are ordering something that is supposed to be uniform. I am also looking for a way to contact the seller to ask for a template to print more labels for spices that are not included.
