A fine tasting coffee that's ground too fine for cold brew like it suggests
I feel bad giving this 4 stars because overall, it's a delicious coffee and anyone using it in espresso or pour-over will have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, it's advertised as a Cold Brew blend, and it's ground far too fine for this. In cold brew, you want a fairly coarse blend - coarser even than you might have for a French press - in order for the initial filtration to go quickly and then let immersion brewing take over while it sits in the fridge. Unfortunately, because the coffee is ground so fine the initial filtration takes a lot longer than you'd like, resulting in a big risk of over-extraction. As well as this, the fine grounds clump into a mud very easily so by the time you've poured half the water into the brewer, you're constantly stirring to try and keep things moving. If CM were to address the grind size and have a coarser grind for this particular offering, I'd happily rate it 5 stars.

Lovely Cold Coffee!
This coffee is now my go too ! I buy the non cold brew one as well. It's not bitter and it smells amazing. I even put it in my espresso machine and you can still making Amazing hot coffee with it. It's organic and that's the reason I don't mind paying the price as this removes all pesticides and metals from coffee 👌🏻

Strong brew
As a newbie to cold coffee I don't really have anything to compare with. I quite like it but I'm still playing with quantities to decide the strength for me. I will probably be buying others to make comparison before buying again

It's ok but not to my taste
Taste of coffee is individual so it's difficult to judge if this is 'good' or 'bad'. I'm no coffee expert and definitely not cold brew coffee expert! Good: As described, it works well with my cold brew maker leaving hardly any sediment in the pot Not much bitterness Bad Lacks depth of flavour Mild acidity and fruitiness (not for me but this is very personal. I tasted similar hot brewed coffee in a cafe which barista thought was good coffee) Personally I make child brew to minimise acidity and bitterness. I'll prob try another product

Cold brew over 12 hours, great taste, low acidity and waste product good for the garden!
This cold brew coffee is delicious. I started using it because of a reflux problem and as it is less acidic than other coffees it suits me very well. I use fewer grounds than suggested on the packet so it's more economical and I brew it twice with less cold water the second time around. The grounds can then be used in the garden to fertilize my plants! I keep the brewed coffee in the fridge and consume it over a few days. Iced coffee during this summer has been delicious!
