BH-Motor New Bike Engine Red Carburetor for 2 Stroke 49cc 50cc 60cc 66cc 80cc Bicycle Motorized Engine Kit

Used on my 49cc moped. Simply remove the old malfunctioning carburator, replace with this carb, engine runs great. No need to spend more time and money troubleshooting or rebuilding old carb.

I went through 3 carbs and the last two had problems with them. The first one had a massive air leak and the second one had a float that would sink. This one actually works. Tested the float before I put it on. Seems like it would work for now. But the grasp on the intake manifold is par non it’s extremely tight. Looks like we will be on the road again without any trouble. Keep your business and products in good shape and keep them good quality like this one and we will all be happy. :)))) word of advice, set the c-clip for the 2nd to last slot because these little engines like to run a little richer and fatter. You should hear a little 4 stroking at max RPM. You may be burning more fuel but you will get more cooling and better protection.

EDIT; I moved the main needle back to the center/middle position and switched to a one number colder spark plug, that took care of everything for me. Disregard comment below.1) it works acceptably and dropped right in place. Had to move the main needle c-clip to raise the needle one notch but that's it. The only reason I replaced the genuine SPEED carb was because the brass pin to keep the barrel from rotating disappeared.2) Noticeably lesser quality overall, and has a plastic throttle barrel instead of a hard anodized aluminum one. Likely it would swap out with the aluminum one, but haven't gotten that far yet. Put some more miles on it and see what happens.3) Idle speed needle overly sensitive.When I get a minute I'll see what I can do about fixing the SPEED carb, but this will suffice for a while.

This appears the same outside as original but the mount is different. I had to fashion an adapter to fit the flange on motor. It works flawlessly and seems to have better acceleration.

The product came either clearly used or clearly left out in the rain. There’s dry mud caked all over the intake, plus the gasket between air filter and carb body is broken! I will be demanding a new carb, not used but new to me. But new in packaging is the only I will accept

I even used locktiite and it still leaked. Worked like a charm when it wasn't leaking and the seal broke very easy. Fix these problems and I would buy again

Great Carb. Screw some holes in the filter..I noticed that many people are complaining that these carburetors leak. It is important to know that there is a drain screw at the bottom. When gas sits at the top of a carburetor for a long time it starts to collect so that it doesn’t flood itself but eventually the reservoir gets full and it starts to leak. Just loosen the screw with the red gasket and gently tighten the back up.
