The Good: I am always using my phone to take videos and photos, and I never remember to offload or back anything up, so I run out of space often. This little memory stick has been a lifesaver, especially if I'm taking a trip without my laptop. It's small enough that I can keep it in my wallet and pop it on my phone whenever I need it. The app was easy to install and surprisingly easy to use as you can create as many or as few folders as you need quickly.The Bad: I have a fairly standard thin hard shell case on my phone, and the connector on this memory stick isn't long enough to plug in when my case is on, so I have to take it out of the case to plug it in which is really annoying. I constantly running out of memory on my iphone and it is super annoying when I do. And I never knew how to upload my pics to my laptop, I always have to ask my husband to do it and he's always busy. Having this USB flash drive makes uploading data from phone to laptop or laptop to phone SO much easier.The app is very easy to use, pretty self explanatory. I copied 27 videos (966 MB of data) from my phone to the flash drive in 2 minutes, pretty fast. Once it is downloaded to the flash drive, I just plug it in and transferred it to my hard drive, the whole process literally took minutes. I can also select data that's on my laptop and transfer to my phone via the flash drive.For people that constantly running out of space on their phones, this is a must have. You can also take pics with the phone and directly save on the flash drive. Really comes in handy. Only thing I dont' like about it is the outter case which lets you slide up and down to protect/cover either end I guess, I find it to be in the way and not necessary but not a major issue so no star was taken off.

If you want to clear up some room on your Apple Device then this is your solution. It also allows you to do the same with your Android, or Pc as this 32 GB drive has the ability to connect to each one :-) There is also a free app you can download which makes it as easy as tagging and pressing the copy button. I want to write a NEW review of this product. Initially I had some issues learning how to save pic from my iPad & Iphone to the flash drive.To my surprise my issues were very kindly addressed by Mr. Turton with clear instructions to solve my problem. With this interest in my satisfaction, I would now like to highly recommend this product.

These are total junk. I purchased 5 and was only able to get two of them to work. The exterior case makes it difficult to plug into a computer but thats not the worst of it. Two of them caused the computer to lock up and they were all unbearably slow. So slow they are useless. Spend a little more and get one that will actually work.

I used this for the first time yesterday on my iPhone. It does exactly what it says it will. Great product! Will be a life saver for my inlaws as their only complaint about their iPad is the lack of usb port for transferring information to their computer.

Absolutely horrible. Doesn't work. Will upload videos and then freeze or will upload and videos won't play. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Def would not recommend especially if this is backup for videos on your phone.
