This gum is exactly what it says. Great electrolyte replacement, makes your mouth water, and tastes great. I get dry mouth when I do long-duration cardio, so bought this on a whim, but now find myself using it several times each week.+ Does what it says+ Makes you salivate like crazy+ Grape and fruit punch are my favorite flavors, but none taste bad.+ Cost is spot-on, especially when buying the big bucket.- Flavor could last longer; I usually get around 15-20min per piece.- I wish the bucket had a better lid. But that's a tiny gripe...~ Gum is a bit harder in texture than your normal stuff, but I see this as a plus after workouts.~ NOT sugar free. Again, I see this as a benefit post-workout.100% recommended. Fantastic product.

Oh, my word! Talk about addictive! I am on my second bucket of this fantastic gum. I swear, i am 62, and I have been chewing so much of this that my facial skin is tightening! The flavor is long lasting and delicious. I end up with 3 or 4 pieces in my mouth. It even helps with late-night snack reduction. I am getting ready to order my third bucket!

Good variety of flavors, may be a bit sour for some, of which I've been enjoying all. Can't tell how much the electrolytes are working but, hey, at least the gum tastes good. Only small negative is that the wrappers seem to be made of a cheap material and if you don't open carefully they'll tear. I'm puzzled by the message on the plastic lid: "Remove before heating." I certainly won't be heating up my gum! Perhaps the bucket can be repurposed for heating up food? Still, found that a bit odd. (See photo.)

As a result of a recent health issue, I am trying to limit my fluid intake. This gum helps a lot with that, kind of like a nicotine gum for my thirst. The taste is good (obviously it's not going to be bursting with sweet flavor, not what it is intended for.) I LOVE the flavor selection! Fruit Punch, Grape, Lemon, Orange. No Watermelon or Blueberry Mango Splash or Kiwi Pomegranate Smoothie nonsense, just normal old-school artificial flavors. They are a little hard to chew at first.

If you like tart things, this could be the gum for you. Flavor lasts an adequate amount of time, what you would expect from gum. Having 4 flavors included is nice to add some variety in there. It is just a little tart, which is probably what is used to generate extra saliva to help with the dry mouth as they advertise.

Gum is good but in my tub of 200 I was able to count the orange. It was 7. 7 orange lol

A lot of the wrappers are ripped which is a bummer but aside from that, this is one of my favorite kinds of gum. The flavor hits HARD initially and it's delightful, though I wish it stuck around a bit longer because it does fade pretty quickly. My favorite thing about it is that it's a tougher gum, which I much prefer instead of softer mushier gum.

I love this gum for travel and plane rides especially. The gum helps my ears from getting uncomfortable on take off or landing, and the gum also helps keep me hydrated. The flavors are great. It is a nice big container er or individually wrapped gum. I will buy this product again. It is great for many uses, and tastier than most gum.
