Clock and Dagger (A Clock Shop Mystery)

I enjoy this series it is light and the characters are interesting as is the back story of the clock tower.I’m on the 3rd book now which was published in 2017 and it appears to be the last one written which is disappointing—So if you’re looking for a new series with some length this is not the one.

If I reviewed this twice I am sorry but the first one got lost to me. I really, really like this series and this writer. A clock store is a nice change of pace and I learned some new things about clocks. The characters are great and mysteries good. I am not a professional reviewer, just an avid reader. I have a soft spot for cozies and this is a good one. As a senior citizen on a limited budget I am very choosy about books I spend money on. This series is worth it. I am preparing to buy #3 right now.

CLOCK AND DAGGER (A CLOCK SHOP MYSTERY) is the second book in the series and this is one series I recommend reading in order. The characters continue to develop and even though the author refers back to events in Book 1 to explain happenings in Book 2, the background in Book 1 really makes CLOCK AND DAGGER a better read. I loved this book and am looking forward to reading several more books in this series in the future.

I like cozy mysteries, but I find I generally read the first book in a series, but rarely read follow-up books. I read Just Killing Time in Oct 2015 and as soon as I finished I set a reminder for myself to look for the second book in August 2016. Well, I finished Clock and Dagger about 20 minutes ago and my question is when is book three scheduled for release?

This is the second book in a new series and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The protagonist inherits a clock shop from her grandfather. She was raised by her grandparents and spent many hours learning how to disassemble and assemble clocks. Because of the introduction of clock knowledge, I found the book very interesting.

This is a fantastic series - very identifiable and real characters with some great twists and turns along the way. I was able to read in two sittings - very enjoyable and easy to read. Love the romantic tensions amidst all of the small town drama. Hope there are more coming in the series.

This is so well plotted and well written, and it's a delight to learn about clocks. It is my new favorite series, will read all the test!

Great follow up to the first book in this series! Another page turner. Can't wait to see what will happen to the characters I love the next time around.
