These weights are great. I have wrist issues and they are easy to hold. I use them in water aerobics class and they are perfect.

Love it. Chose this over the actual dumbbell looking ones. These are narrow and easier to transport. Fits in my bag. Moves the water really well. And I can hold them in multiple ways. They dry quickly

These do not give you the same workout as the dumbell shaped foam ones,even if you hold two in each hand. These might be good if you have an injury or are very weak... maybe. These can slip over your feet and they gently force you to keep kicking to stay upright in the pool while you chat with friends while trending water, so i found a use for them anyway. I was disappointed because i still have to purchase the dumbell shaped ones because these do nothing for my arms or shoulders.

Like that they are not big and bulky.

These swimming pool “weights” are awesome. The cut outs provide a comfortable grip for your hands to work out your upper body, and I can fit my foot through the cut outs too for a great work out my lower body. For me these are the ultimate “weights” that use the water to create the resistance to work out my body. Very easy to use, comfortable grip and excellent design. 5 stars from me!

These are easy to use and cost effective.

They did nothing for my exceise class no weight to them at all. I put them in the water it was cotton floating l return them

They handle well in the pool.
