Gorgeous, heavy, super fun to use!
A very attractive, BEEFY, fun to use set of metal dice. They ARE heavy, so I suggest using them on a padded surface (game mat) or in a dice roller tray, as the could easily damage softer wood table surfaces. I keep mine in a very special box to remind me "these aren't your ordinary dice". I've played with them a few times and their increased weight compared to plastic dice requires a bit more finger spin when you roll to avoid the "drop and plop" behavior where heavy dice just land and don't roll after landing. But with a bit of finger-induced spin, they roll quite nicely.I'll add more detail to this review after I've used them for a longer period of time.

Great Dice, but Hard Floors are Bad for Them
Metal. Very Metal. These die are the pride of my collection, and I went so far as creating a custom wooden box to keep them in. That being said, you definitely are going to need something to keep these bad boys in. A standard die bag is not going to cut it where they're concerned. They would likely bruise and bang each other up and cause dings and dents in the metal. Also, the one flaw to having these dice is the sad sad results of dropping them. While they are metal, they aren't steel, and are most likely made of pewter or something similar. This means that a good thump onto a hard floor and they're going to get a bruising. Which as many people know, is bad for the D20, as it causes it to roll less true and in the case of my poor D20, to roll 2 and 3 a lot, as it has met with a concrete floor at my friends house where we game a lot, about three or four times. :(What I would recommend as well, because these bad boys can dent a table, is buying some sort of tray to roll them in, so that you don't have as big of a risk of them falling off the table and meeting an early demise.Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of these dice. You're getting what you pay for here. Granted they're a good bit higher maintenance that what more people are used to. So I would recommend going down to your local Hobby Lobby, Walmart, or even thrift store craftsman and getting a small sectioned off wooden box to keep them in, or making it yourself.

As expected.
Awesome set of dice - me and my brother even decided to test their 'mettle' and smack one or two pieces with a hammer (while they were on concrete). The concrete chipped, and the dice barely had a scratch, so I'd say they're decent quality ... and look cool at the same time. If it's saying anything, most people that saw these are considering buying something from Q-Workshop for themselves; it's good stuff. Now for the negative side: the packaging was so/so. It DOES look exactly like the photo, though. The actual box looks just like it, but it's also pretty thin. It's a cardboard box with print on it - even so, the dice are in perfect shape and it looks badass when it arrives. The dice may rotate or shift in the packaging, but aside from that everything is an easy 10/10. I'd probably buy it again without thinking twice.

Not only are these dice solid and heavy like I was looking for
Honestly, I was expecting these dice to be of a much lower quality than they are. I was half expecting them to be made of pewter with jagged edges and even possibly hollow. Boy was I wrong! Not only are these dice solid and heavy like I was looking for. If the engines are so smooth and clean it feels like dwarves really did make it!! The rooms are nice and clean with smooth edges also. If you are looking for a great set of metal dice that go way beyond your expectations, this is the dice set for you! Worth every penny.

Great dice - Meh packaging
These dice are very high quality. The metal dice have a nice, heavy weight as to be expected. The detailing on all the dice is very good especially when you consider how small a die is. My only mark off for this product is that the dice weren't too secure in the packaging and they easily come loose from their spots.

Awesome Dice
These Dice are very solid I read that the dice had fallen out of the packaging inside the box, I did not have that issue with the ones I received. They feel very nice in my hand they are just heavy enough but not to heavy. the only complaint I could have is that it seems to be made of a softer Metal and if you drop them on concrete it will smush just a tad but nothing terrible, it only adds character to them in my opinion. So over all I love them just know they will probably mush up if you keep dropping them on concrete.

These are absolutely wonderful. I bought them as a gift for my boyfriend and he LOVES them. Be careful though, these WILL dent a wooden table when being used (which is kind of a positive regarding their quality to me) so maybe have something like a stack of papers to roll them on. They are even heavier than I imagined them being. When I received the box, I didn't think it seemed very heavy and got slightly disappointed. But that remorse quickly went away when I opened the box and picked up the D20...OMG that thing can hurt someone lol. I am very happy with this purchase due to the very high quality and the affordable price tag. 10/10 recommend.

Yes.....
There is nothing not to like about these! Every time i show these to someone, these dice have them astonished. As for me, I didn't have the heart to give these wonderfully-crafted pieces any less than five stars. I probably just had bad luck during my last DnD campaign, because most of my rolls were terrible. Maybe I just make a terrible barbarian, who knows. You should buy these pieces, because the weight is nice and heavy, and they look gorgeous.
