Great clay mask. One of the very best out there
I own a Moroccan Medspa. Our signature facial includes this and fair trade argan oil (which don't be fooled CAN'T be purchased in the US or Europe unless you have a direct source like Somaya.Skincare because they are all diluted. Even those claiming 100%) The real price for REAL argan oil is $300 a liter. Cheaper than that is so diluted it's a joke. This is a TOP QUALITY CLAY full of vital minerals. Works exceptionally on all skin types. Moisturizing to both dry and oily skin. It only comes from one place in the world...the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco. (Gathered by women. Your purchase helps support themn directly finaciaily It's a glacier hike to get there. Mountains so high they block the clouds coming from the ocean and thus creating the Sahara Desert on the other side because rain clouds are blocked. That is why the clay is so mineral packed. Exceptional soil and sand quality created by this process. This pure naturally organic clay is used by high-end.cosmetic companies and skincare lines in products around the world. In a spa typicalcharge is $100 for a facial that mixes this clay with orange blossom water and a few drops of argan oil. Apply over cheese cloth put on top of face and lift off cheese cloth when clay 98% dry. Cheese cloth allows you to lift off all clay at one time with virtually no mess. Skin will be red and that is good. Goes away in one to three hours. Wash face after and use product layering process. Always remember apply products in order of progressing thickness. Always finish with sunscreen. **Tip** if you have a soda stream make some VERY (10 PUMP) carbonated water and have chilled. After taking off cheesecloth mask pour this water into large mixing bowl and submerge face into water several times. As much as you can handle. Sounds strange but after you try it you will understand!!!! So soft and firm after this step. Than procede with product layering. Hope this helps. Buy this clay!! And rosewater. Great value for the money.

The best DIY shampoo ingredient ever!
All of the wisdom I have about healthy hair I have learned from my black sisters. I have long curly hair that tends to be very dry, gets large and single strand knots at the blink of an eye, plus lots of shedding, which no prior methods seemed to reduce. I have used and still use natural oil hair masks (black castor oil, coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil) for years, which helped, along with organic henna treatments every 6 weeks and "natural shampoos," no hot tools, etc. But, my hair still continued to be frizzy, especially on the ends, shed, knot up, and break. I have only used the Rhassoul Clay two times ( I wash my hair every seven or eight days), but I see a delightfully noticeable difference - shinier, softer, more body, less scalp itch, more manageable, and thicker. Daily shedding is reduced so far by more than 50%. I have added to my hair routine a 4 minute morning scalp massage using the inversion technique with organic Bhringraj oil and my head hanging over the edge of the bed, nightly spritzes with distilled water and then jojoba oil (no more than 2 drops!) on the ends, after morning spritzing with rice water (soak 1/4 cup brown rice in 1 cup of distilled water and leave at room temperature covered for 8 hours/overnight, strain and transfer to spray bottle) and finger detangling from roots to tip. I highly recommend this product and thank all of the YouTubers devoted to natural hair care, especially Katherine Sewing who first introduced me to Rhassoul Clay, a long time favorite of my black sisters that somehow I had not heard about until I saw her video. Enjoy caring for your crowning glory!

Pleasantly surprised
I learned about this from YouTube and decided to give it a try. I read all the reviews here and was concerned about the inconsistencies people experienced with color and smell. So I was really trying to examine mine to ensure it was gray like people said it should be. Lol After mixing it with water, I was sure it was the right color. I used more water than most people recommended and put it in a hair product applicator - applying it on my scalp first, then hair. I rinsed it out and followed up with an apple cider vinegar rinse. It rinsed out easy... My hair is soft and scalp feels so good! It really cleaned my hair. I was surprised. I also used it on my face (thicker mix) and my face looks brighter and super soft - especially after applying moisturizer.

Give it time.
So I’m using this to wash my hair after watching the girl on YouTube. First I just mixed 2 tablespoons of the clay with 16 oz water. My hair did not feel good to the touch but it held my style really well. The next wash , which I do once a week I replaced the water with aloe Vera juice. This combination worked much better. Also after you wash you need to use a really good conditioner , and I mix that with a deep conditioner. My hair is really loving this change.

and it was very nice. My hair felt soft and clean
I have used once so far to wash my hair, and it was very nice. My hair felt soft and clean. I added aloe juice and a few drops of castor oil. It's a nice soft brown color, so I might use it to make a face powder, too. I will definitely order again.

Amazing!
This stuff is fantastic and I love that a very little goes a very long way. I make a runnier mixture of the clay powder and water, apply to my scalp and then into the ends of my hair. I let it sit for roughly 30 mins, massage my scalp gently and thoroughly and then rinse completely followed by an apple cider and filtered water rinse and my hair has never felt so soft and luxurious! I am trying to adopt a more natural hair care routine and I feel this is absolutely a step in the right direction. Yeah, a girl could get used to this. P.S. Feels great on my face and neck, too!
