Late 2019 Apple MacBook Pro with 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 (16 inch, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD) Space Gray (Renewed)

Everything runs like it should, would recommend.

This arrived with no signs of life but the exterior physical condition was really nice. A lovely corpse. Straight out of the box, no lights, no sounds. I plugged it in using the supplied charger (which worked when I tested it on another Mac we have) for 1/2 hour. Red battery icon briefly came on but then disappeared. Black screen. No sound. The return was a hassle. Had to drive to a place to get the return label printed then find a UPS store to return it. Also, this item had the seller listed as Chrome Source (whose customer service was very nice and helpful) when I bought it but was later changed to KOJAK after I made inquiries. I am assuming "Amazon Renewed Store" just sends the order to the nearest seller to the buyer for a similar item to be shipped in the least amount of time. So don't think you are getting the actual item described which is why it is stock photos in the item description and not the actual one you'll be getting. Don't think these items are tested before being shipped out. If it had worked, I would have been happy with it.

NOTE: this review is preliminary as I received it and have played with it for 20 minutes. 1. Received it quickly. 2. Appearance is like a new product. 3. Started up after I let the battery charge for a few minutes. No problems thus far, connected to wifi and can surf. 4. I was pleasantly surprised to see the build date was dec 2020. 5. Charger is 3rd party.Overall, thus far, I couldn't have asked for more. It's almost like there is a catch waiting for me (I have zero faith in humanity anymore). If you want to save a ton and don't need the latest and greatest I wouldn't hesitate. I bought this for my senior mother and although I'm a Windows related engineer, I may buy one for myself for something to drink coffee and read the news with as Macintosh is stupid easy to use. A break form Windows would be a nice thing. Peace out.

Arrived with a few dings but nothing major. Works perfectly. Screen is in great shape. No charger. Minus 1 star. Great value for sure

Excelente servicio, detalles 9/10 todo funciona perfect y lo mejor de todo es que ordene una intel core i7 con 32 de ram y me vino una con un intel core i9. Excelente vendedor 🤓!

Works fine and everything is good but the keyboard is not a regular English keyboard it has some strange letters which are not so bad but the letter “i” is giving me a headache because there is another letter “i” that doesn’t have the little point on top, first I thought it was the same letter but then I realize it’s not the same letter(password wasn’t working)… i’ll keep the laptop since I really need but probably look for other options

Just as described, the computer was in excellent condition. The battery had only 84 charge cycles, and there were a couple of tiny dings on the edges, but nothing significant. The keys looked like they had never been touched, in impeccable condition, with no scratches on either the back or the front. I’m more than happy with the purchase. The only detail, which doesn’t lower the quality of the product itself, is that the charger was defective. It wasn’t a problem for me since I had other chargers at home, but it’s something to consider if someone else wants to buy it. Other than that, an excellent purchase.I also wanted to wait a few weeks after using it to write this review to check its performance, and honestly, I have zero complaints.

Scratches and hundreds of small chips in the screen. Those are not dust particles or sticker marks, just a bunch of small chips and long straight starch lines. I noticed it during the initial update when the screen went dark, and took a screen cloth to it thinking it was dust and it wasn’t, plus the screen was filthy and oily. The temperature also stayed above 200° after the update and was peaking around 217° on a flat surface. I would not recommend buying from this company as their “excellent” rating was closer to “damaged” and “very used” condition. There is also a good sized scratch on the top. This is poor quality and company representation. Would not recommend.
