Perfect for Kiddos Working on Growth and Emotional Regulation
Excellent journal for kids to work on growth and emotional regulation. My son has some emotional deregulation issues and this journal has allowed him to reflect and use his tools and strategies more often to calm himself. Highly recommended for parents looking to work through behavioral or emotional issues with their kiddos. Overall fun and easy to use as well. Great value for the money!

Great book for emotional support and resolutions
This is a great book to help little ones identify and express their feelings, brainstorm on emotional regulation solutions, and makes for great quality time between parent and child. My son is 6 yrs old so I help him through most of the exercises provided.

Great beginner journal.
I like this journal for my son. I’m especially because it gives him topics to write about which will help guide him in determining what to put in his journal. The journal is as described. It is as green and vibrant as it appears in the picture. My son is eight is easy for him to understand and know what to write in his journal.

A helpful tool to foster a growth mindset!
My daughter has been enjoying working through this journal. She is an early reader, so we work through the pages together. She's also completed a few of the pages with a grandparent, which they both enjoyed. The prompts of this journal encourage a growth mindset and foster self-esteem. I am looking forward to checking out more journals/products by Big Life Journal.
