Didn't work

I ordered this product in Silver and received Black without any explanation. The description says full coverage, which is not true. The item does not work with the standard case. It pops out of the sides and is not usable. This product is supposed to be tempered glass, but instead it feels like pliable plastic. The tempered glass screen I had previously for my Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge was firm and not flexible like this one. I will not suggest this product.
