always wanted to upgrade from my playseat and this was just over what I planned to pay, but am I glad I paid. Absolutely worth its price and then some. You feel absolutely no flex whatsoever. Given how solid it is and how many different adjustments you can do with an aluminum profile it's a must buy for anyone considering sim racing in a semi serious level or higher. Putting it together however is no easy task as it was just me but with 2 people it shouldnt be too bad. NLR have a youtube video about assembling step by step and their manual is quite easy to follow. Their customer service is again top notch within my experience. I had a small issue with sidemounting my fanatec as they use different size screws and their rep immediatly was aware of the issue and offered additional tnuts and screws of right size that will fit my wheel base. I only had to cover shipping.

This cockpit is extremely solid. I can put my full body weight (280lbs) on the pedal bar and there is zero flex. Construction was easy, but I recommend getting a helping hand for a few steps! I am 6’ and can easily fit, but my seat is as far back as it goes and my pedals have maybe 2 extra inches of room before everything is maxed out. Like others have said, the bolts do come greasy. I found it was easiest to build it like normal then just take a rag to everything and wipe it down. The felt pieces for the wheelbase mounts were a bit tight, but the right pressure on the right areas let it slip on no problem.

NLR has paid attention to the details that make for a reliable, durable, quality assembly. No corner brackets needed- adds to the overall clean look. I'm using a 15 nm Fanatec DD+ on this rig, and t's solid as a rock. Seat padding's a little thin, but that's really more of an issue with my boney butt than the NLR rig.. Definitely not cheap, but for me, well worth it the cost.

The parts are well-built. Putting it together was relatively straightforward. The holes were threaded perfectly which made assembly easy. By and large the instructions were good but there were some annoying flaws.1. The arms for the wheels were mislabeled left/right which caused some rework.2. The ziplock bags with hardware were labeled but the labels for many came off due to the grease in the packaging. This made it hard to tell which bolt was which. Accidentally used 35mm instead of 40mm in early steps and then had to rework.3. There are no markers you can use to make sure you have aligned the pieces you're attaching to left and right. This lack of precision is annoying and would have been easy to fix with laser etched markers.4. The felt pads for the wheel base holder barely fit and got sheared off while getting that onto the arms.5. The video isn't super useful. It doesn't show necessary details.Those are the complaints but still overall quite happy with the product. I like that it includes a shifter mount and that it's easy enough for 1 person to assemble.

This cockpit is amazing. High quality, soild, and easy to put together. I did have to get some m16 screws from the hardware store to side mount my gt dd pro. I wish they were included. No big deal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid cockpit with a reasonable price.
