Does this come with the cuff?

It does come with a cuff. I bought one and was very disappointed. Not very good at keeping cold. Don’t waste your $!

How to drain it? Does it come with ac/dc power cable?

When the jug is below the knee, the water drains into the jug. The jug is full of ice, the water cools, and you raise the jug above the knee, and the cuff fills with ice water. Then you can disconnect the hose from the cuff and walk around.

Does it ice back of knee?

No, it doesn’t ice the back of the knee - only the front and part of the sides. There is no reason it couldn’t be rotated to where the ice portion of the cuff is on the back. But you would have to keep the knee fully extended for that to work.

What should be done with the round aluminum pad that is lose inside the water reservoir?

Add water to h20 line inside. Fill rest of way up with ice. Set aluminum pad on top of ice and water put lid back on and use
