PentairE10 White Back-Up Valve Replacement Automatic Pool Cleaner

The cases' hose fitting size was not a match, but the internal mechanism worked in my existing backup valve housing. Guess I'll keep it. Re-building old Legend II....this piece actually runs apart from the Legend II on the hose assembly....so not really relevant to Legend II re-build, but kind of part of my "project".

Swimming pool sweep.

Used this on my Letro Platinum “HUMMER” pool sweep and it works, I just WISH it didn’t have a swivel on the end, because the valve still works fine but the swivel has failed and now the hose gets wrapped around the unit. Going to buy a knock-off Valve and add a short piece of hose and my own swivel.

Paid a fair price for this Pentair back-up valve. Used it on my Pentair Legend pool cleaner. The older valve was malfunctioning. This replacement fit perfectly and has worked fine. Can't comment yet on durability as it's only been installed for 2 days.

Works perfectly with my Pentair Legend.As to longevity... I won't know that for a while.The Amazon price is definitely better than I could have gotten with my local pool company.

Perfect back up valve replacement for my KK pool cleaner and half the price of my local pool store.

The value build quality is not to the standard of previous purchases. Actually looked like it may have been previously sold and returned. I was able to make it work but will look for a different supplier next time

I accidentally cracked the original one. Water gushed out of it and my pool sweeper went haywire. I checked two local suppliers first. One seemed awfully expensive and the other couldn’t get it for at least three weeks. So my hat’s off to both Amazon and the supplier. I received a quality product for much less money that easily installed and I received it in two days. Great work!
