Q: I saw a review that said the usb ports cause cell phones to overheat. does anyone else have this problem?

They get warm so I would not leave them there all day but if you plug them in and charge for an hour or so they are fine

Your question is not quite understandable. But I will say that the picture is very accurate in depicting the actual product. The height of the to portion that swings up rises by about 5 in and moved backwards by about 6 to 7 in. Hope this helps.
