Definitely decreases inflammation I definitely believe in a product and I re-ordered every month, I read it one out of 10 being a solid 10

Been taking this product for 2 weeks and I am seeing a relief in my pain level. Sleeping better with less waking from back and arm pain. I have experienced no discomfort from this vitamin. I would recommend for mild to moderate pain.

It has helped my pain in my lower back a lot so the longer I am on it more it will hell

My second one now. I use it 2/3 of the time but I like the ingredients a lot and know it's doing good things in my body. The thing with supplements is don't take too many and research to buy the best even if it cost more bc that's the good stuff. Wil buy again, soon as this one runs out.

I have had pain in my right arm for three months. After only 22 days of taking this supplement turmeric & ginger the pain has eased but not completely gone. I think I will have to continue taking it for at least another two months before the pain goes back to normal. But other side effects that I got were a reduced belly, reduced fat, and the jeans that I wore before were tight, but now they are a little loose.

Only been on about two weeks not seeing anything yet but will give it some time and report back.

I have had an ongoing issue with joint pain and muscle pain and inflammation due to chronic Lyme disease. Came across this product recently and figured I would give it a try instead of taking my normal prescription meds after reading through the reviews.I was skeptical at first as to its effectiveness, as I did not notice any difference in pain level after a week initially. After 2-1/2 weeks though, I did start to notice a lessening of the pain, and by 3 weeks the pain had been reduced about 65-70% approximately from what it had been. This has brought my pain overall down to a manageable level, and I have been able to return to work and to work around the house and be mobile again.Couple of items to note though that I found out while taking this supplement:• I cannot take 2 tablets at once with a glass of water like the instructions say to do. The heartburn and stomach upset were substantial. What I ended up doing is to take 1 capsule after breakfast with water, and another capsule after lunch with water. This resolved the heartburn and stomach upset problem for me.• It takes some time to feel the effect of the supplement. For me it took 3 weeks for the effects to be noticeable enough to make a difference. Your results may vary.I would highly recommend this supplement to anyone experiencing joint pain and/or muscle inflammation! I was very glad to be able to get off prescription meds due to this product's effectiveness.
