Q: How long does it take to for the Floor Finish to dry?

We recommend allowing the finish to dry 30-45 minutes before walking on the surface. Additional coats can be applied after 1 hour.

Q: What comes in the box it the mop including a pad an a extra pad or just the pole a the pad?

1 Hard Surface Floor Mop and 1 Microfiber Refill Pad

Q: Do you guys get this damp and then use the luster?

That's the way I do it. I rinse it with warm water before I use the floor finish. Its says to use a freshly rinsed microfiber mop or sponge mop in the directions on the back.

Q: Does this mop have a velcro strip so other microfiber pads can be used with it?

No, this mop works with disposable pads or a pad that can "stretch" around the base of the mop. THere is no velcro on the base of the mop.
